God Will Save Whosoever Will
Oh, Beloved, I cannot save this enough. God wishes to damn no one. God sent His Son that whosoever believeth in Him shall receive remission of sins (Acts 10:43). Oh, what wonderful words of life! Whosoever believeth on Him shall not be ashamed (Romans 10:11). Continue reading
God Speaks To Whosoever Will
When God called Israel, Israel was not seeking God. God in love spread out His hands beseeching Israel to follow Him. And though God gave Israel life – though He miraculously saved Israel from Egypt – Israel was rebellious.
Are we any different? Continue reading
Jesus, Jesus, Jesus
If Jesus came into our Fellowship Hall on Sunday would He sit down and visit with us, or go about flipping tables and running people out? If He came into our Sunday School classrooms would He be pleased at what He heard. Would He hear us talking about the Lord and salvation and things that pleased Him? If Jesus came to our Church this Sunday would He empty the collection plates out of our hands, or would He see what we were doing as honoring God? Continue reading
Come And See
“Come and See” is what Christ bids each person to do. To come to Him. To watch Him. To experience His Presence. “Come and See”. The world has rejected the “Come and See” of the Lamb of God. What is left then? Continue reading

Oh God, Please Come Down!
We know what the Scripture says. We know that God has promised to be with us. Yet there are times when trials and tribulations strike, when our lives are seemingly filled with darkness, and it seems as if God is miles away. Continue reading

Jesus’ First Recorded Sermon
It was Jesus’ “custom”to go to Church, and to participate in the services. When He had been in Church at other times the people saw Him as no more than a Carpenter’s son. But this time Jesus came to His hometown Church to announce His calling as Messiah. He wanted those closest to Him to know that He was sent of God, anointed as the Messiah, and that He was given specific ministries. Before Jesus started His earthly ministry He wanted Nazareth to know why He cameand Who He is. Continue reading

God Is My Portion
