The Kingdom Is Where The Eagles Are Gathered

The Pharisees – constantly at war with the Lord Jesus – wanted to know WHEN the Kingdom of God would come. Why did they ask Jesus this question with such force? Because Jesus had previously presented Himself as the Messiah. Jesus called Himself “Son of Man”. Our Lord told people:

Matthew 8:20 The foxes have holes, and the birds of the air have nests; but the Son of man hath not where to lay his head.

In Matthew chapter 9 Jesus told a crippled man,

Matthew 9:2 … Son, be of good cheer; thy sins be forgiven thee.

The Scribes on hearing this said “this man blasphemes God, for only God can forgive sins” (also Mark 2:6-7). Jesus told them:

Matthew 9:6-7 … that ye may know that the Son of man hath power on earth to forgive sins, (then saith he to the sick of the palsy,) Arise, take up thy bed, and go unto thine house. 7 And he arose, and departed to his house.

The phrase “son of man” was used in prophecy… Continue reading

The Marriage Supper Of The Lamb

The word HALLELUJAH (Greek ἁλληλουϊά) is actually from the Hebrew language. The Hebrew HALAL (הָלַל) means “Praise, honor, glory, to boast or brag upon” and in the Hithpoel stem means “to act like a madman”. It is exuberant praise! Continue reading

Choose God NOW

The culmination of God’s wrath is in these plagues. People in our world today do not believe in a God of wrath. They believe that God is no more than love embodied, the kindly Eternal and Absentminded Grandfather who always has a little change for his grandbabies. This is not what the Scripture says of God. God must exercise wrath against sin. Continue reading

Babylon Must Die

The Lamb STOOD. He has not fallen. He STOOD. He STOOD tall, and strong. He STOOD undefeated. How can a Lamb stand against all the forces of evil? Because He is the Lamb of God. He is the Lamb foretold in the sacrifices of Israel. He was represented in the Lamb without spot or blemish. Continue reading

Why There Must Be A Great Tribulation

Often in Scripture when preachers preached God had them use props or illustrations. God gives John a reed like unto a ROD. A REED is used to measure things. It is first mentioned in Ezekiel 40:5, and is used twice in Revelation, here and in chapter 21:15-16. The length of the Reed is about 6 cubits or about 10 feet long. What is interesting about this “measure” is that it is a reed like unto a ROD. Continue reading

God Will Save Whosoever Will

Oh, Beloved, I cannot save this enough. God wishes to damn no one. God sent His Son that whosoever believeth in Him shall receive remission of sins (Acts 10:43). Oh, what wonderful words of life! Whosoever believeth on Him shall not be ashamed (Romans 10:11). Continue reading
